Who we are
ProFlow Dental LLC (“ProFlow,” “we,” “us”) connects California dental practices with people interested in implant and restorative treatment. We are not a dental practice and do not provide treatment, pricing, or clinical advice. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through proflowdental.com and our services.
What we collect
From dental practices: contact details such as name, practice name, email address, phone number and city, plus anything you share when you request a call.
From people interested in treatment: name, phone number, email, general location, the type of treatment they’re interested in, and notes they choose to share during a verification call.
Automatically: basic website data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries and provide our services to dental practices
To call people who requested information about treatment, confirm their interest, and connect them with a participating practice
To keep records of verification calls and consent
To improve our website and meet our legal obligations
We share a person’s information with a dental practice only after they have asked to be contacted about treatment. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and texts
We contact people only when they have given consent to be contacted. Anyone can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiries that don’t result in a connection with a practice are deleted after [12 months].
Your rights
